Need help

I am at the end of my rope. A couple months ago I developed a painful patch of skin on my vulva. Only one patch and nothing else. I went to the doctor she prescribed me topical steroids and it didn’t help. She prescribed me a different steroid and still nothing. I recently had a biopsy done and that gave me some relief from the pain for about two weeks until it started to grow back. After a month a finally got the results back bc they had to send them to John Hopkins for a better look at it. My doctor said it’s Lichen Planus. She prescribed me Tacrolimus ointment and that did nothing but make the burning pain worse. I have tried salt water baths, castor oil, coconut oil, a and d ointment, oral steroids, and nothing will take this away. It’s very painful
Bc of the spot it is in. Does anyone have any input? Could the biopsy be wrong? I got back in a few weeks for a follow up, I just want this gone it’s ruining my life bc it is so painful.

Biopsy

Help. I have had a very painful
Sore on my labia for the post couple of months. The pain is horrible and nothing helps it not even lidocaine. This is a nightmare. Doctor did a biopsy 3 weeks ago. Two days after the biopsy I got a message on mychart saying my results were ready. I go to read the results and it was completely blank. All it was was result final. I thought maybe it was just a mistake. I never heard anything so I messaged my doctor last week asking what’s going on. Her nurse calls me and says they had to send it to John Hopkins to get a better read on it to make sure it was benign. Now it’s going in 3 weeks since the biopsy and I still have no answers and I’m still in pain. Is it normal to take this long? I’m confused on why it was sent to John Hopkins’s. I’m thinking the worst that maybe it was just lost and they’re lying to me. I literally keep my phone on me 24/7. I just want to know what is wrong with me.

Purchased at Tiffany’s on the way to the hospital to have me: My mom’s 3.3ct heart-cut heirloom

I’m posting this as a bit of an unconventional submission. This is my late mother's engagement ring, and it holds a special place in my heart. My parents purchased it at Tiffany’s on the way to the hospital to have me! I grew up seeing it on her hand every day, and now, I wear it on my right hand to keep her memory close.

I know heart cuts aren't always the most popular choice, but I’ve always found this elongated shape to be incredibly elegant and timeless. It feels so special to wear a piece that feels both like a statement and a part of my family's history.
