Taxable Brokerage draw question

Some hypotheticals here but bear with me…this is in no way a full financial picture but more a specific question related to my taxable brokerage.

When I hit my 1.6MM number in my taxable (~10 years I hope), I will be 47. I’m hoping to retire.

Let’s say the market returns 10% annually (for easy math). If my draw is 80k annually-does that mean I will still earn ~150k annually in the account given the aforementioned parameters? So theoretically after my draw my account would still grow by $60k?

FWIW- there’s retirement accounts in play here too that are essentially equally funded. But trying to determine if I can span the 12 years in between.

Travel bags

Taking a trip next month, looking to bring my new clubs. Any advice on bags you’ve had good experience with? the club glove seems like a favorite…what about the ghost golf awol? Or the sun mountain with the extra wheels?

Don’t think I want to go hard sided, I understand they offer better protection but seems like a hassle to lug around, get into rentals etc.

I travel with my clubs twice a year I’d say. Previously I just used a no name soft sided bag I got from some big box sporting goods store and it was serviceable. But I just bought new clubs (didn’t care much about the old ones) and I want something that offers better protection.

I have a mid size carry bag (sun mountain matchplay 14 way). Price is not a huge consideration, just want something that will offer great protection and last a while with my couple trips a year.

Thanks in advance

Amanda Caldwell (realtor) is a bigot

Shame this worthless piece of trash. Let’s make it known that her and anyone else who acts like this is not welcome in our community.

Having had personal experience with her, she’s as insufferable as she comes across in this post that she “accidentally” shared. Fucking loser.

I want to start a garden

For my wife. I’ve got a one acre lot with a nice lawn. Is it as simple as picking a section. Marking it out and then just take a rototiller through there to chop up sod and dirt? We have decent black dirt below the grass…

Or should I peel the sod off with my mini ex?

To the gentleman who paid my tab at Runyons last night…

We sat at the bar and watched the okc/spurs game. We talked sports and some other topics. One of which was I was in town because I was at the Mayo Clinic. As you and your buddy got up to leave you said “I got your tab. I don’t know what your going through but I wish you the best of luck”

Man, I’ve got to say, I’m definitely dealing with some shit but your kindness and generosity floored me. What seemed like a small gesture on your side brought a tear to my eye. Your compassion is something the world needs more of. I’ll most certainly be paying it forward and if I’m being honest, I’ll never forget our interaction. Thank you and much love brother. I hope you see this.

Any shows in twin cities area today or tomorrow?

I’m in Rochester for some Mayo Clinic things. Looking like I’ll be done today. Want to get out of Rochester so planning on driving back to twin cities area today. Fly out of msp Saturday night.

I’ve heard first Avenue is iconic, Freddie Gibbs is there Saturday who I very much enjoy but will be on a plane.

Maybe a dead cover band at a small bar somewhere?

Thanks, need some vibes after this hospital visit…

Edit:clarity

Do full planes feel “heavy”?

Just like the title says. Not a pilot, have never flown, probably never will, but I’ve towed trailers that are empty and the same trailer loaded down with equipment and it obviously is a noticeable weight difference…

my question is, does this apply to planes? Small planes only? Commercial passenger planes? Do you simply give it more throttle to maintain lift? Please explain the intricacies of this to me…I’m curious
