First time home buyer. A single family home for 449K. 4.5% - 7/6 ARM. My gross is about 164K. Bi-weekly pay of $3164 after making 401K and 10% gross for ESPP. I have a child (just the 2 of us). I get some RSU vesting in the year and 10% bonus. No car Loan.
My down payment would be 10% of 449k. Monthly mortgage would be roughly $2900. I love the home - its new, comes with appliances and has proximity to everywhere I frequent, but for some reason, I keep thinking, "what if there's a better deal ahead."
Has anyone from the 39 countries submitted their employment-based I-485 this year after the hold? How long did it take for your biometrics to get scheduled? I submitted in the first week of May and still haven’t heard back yet.
