Jalapeños are on the explosive diarrhea list now too…. 💩🫣 so thank sweet baby jesus my salsa garden is 🔥. The tomatoes are tomato-ing hard now, tomatillos are coming on, peppers continue to crank out. Pico today, tomatillo salsa tomorrow.

Call me Peter Piper- it’s not a peck, but I picked, pickled, and pizza’ed peppers today 🌶️ 🍕 🫑
The banana peppers in particular are SO happy, now what do you do with them? I tried a new brine today with sugar, but must wait a week or two to

More banana, bell, cayenne peppers, plus other small bits and bites harvested today. I quick fridge pickled some of these with a new recipe but would LOVE to hear how you use your banana peppers beyond pizza and pickles. My plants are so happy and I already foresee banana pepper abundance. Tried a new one today with sugar but I’ll have to wait two weeks or so before I form an opinion. If you have a favorite brine, be a friend and share!!
