This morning I arrived at work and our deliveries had arrived early and 3 large boxes were left outside on our deck. As I was carrying one box inside a NZ Post courier driver also pulled up with another package which he brought inside. Then he went outside and kindly brought in the other 2 boxes left on our deck (from another courier) for me.

Pure kindness and thoughtfulness in action.

My friend had better success than me with the variety of colours of the kernel seeds I gave her this year. Mine were mainly 2 colored, disappointing.

Goggle glass gem corn and see the vibrant colours you can get - impressive! We will try again next year.

Once the ones we picked dried, we put the kernels in brown paper bag to make popcorn. Turned out good ...all pure white popcorn, bit bland but the kids enjoyed eating them.
