Does anyone know where this animation is from?

I've been trying to find the author but had no success, where could this be from? I like the camera work here and would like to find more references like this.

How did you get your first job in your field?

Recent grad here. The job market has been rough, and it feels like every entry-level role wants 2–5 years of experience which makes no sense to me but whatever.
Curious to hear how it worked out for other people like was it applying online, a referral, an internship, networking, luck? lol I’m wondering if there’s like a pattern because sending applications non stop seems to be getting me anywhere.

How did you deal with the loneliness when you moved out alone for the first time?

So I'm getting close to finally moving out and I'm pretty excited about it but the one thing that keeps getting to me is the idea of coming home to an empty place every single day. I've always had people around at home so the adjustment sounds kind of rough. I have friends and a social life, but like there's a difference between choosing to be alone and just kinda always being alone by default? Also I work remote so I'll be alone all day until the end of my shift.

For people who made that transition, how bad was it really? Did it take long to get used to? What specific things did you find that made it easier? Curious about the honest experiences not just the "living alone changed my life" version lol

How do you actually find time to build a business when you're already working multiple jobs? (24F)

I currently juggle a few different jobs just to cover bills and on top of that I'm trying to build my own business, but obviously by the time I'm done with work there's barely any energy left to actually sit down and dedicate a few hours to it.

I'm also trying to maintain some kind of normal life on the side, going to the gym is a non negotiable to me, also seeing my friends and basically having a life lol. Something always ends up getting sacrificed and lately it feels like it's the business itself which is obviously the opposite of what I want.

I know the generic advice is "wake up earlier" or "just be disciplined" but I feel like that only gets you so far when your schedule is already maxed out. I think what I actually need is like a better system?

For the people who built a business while still working other jobs, how did you structure your time realistically? Did you have to cut something out temporarily on purpose? How did you decide what could wait and what couldn't? Genuinely trying to figure out how to start making real progress, any insight from people who've actually been through this stage would help a lot!
