Bulk or cut
My goal is a defined six-pack with big arms, thick forearms, and a wide upper body. I don’t want to look skinny. The problem is bulking—I always end up feeling unhealthy

I’m loading creatine right now about 10g a day.
Is it okay to cut and also gain muscle. Or will I lose all the muscle. Please enlighten me.
I’m trying to grow my forearms as much as possible. Right now they’re 11.5 inches, and I’d love to get them significantly bigger.
I’m currently:
Lean bulking at around 3,000–3,300 calories/day
Taking 10 g creatine daily
Hitting my protein goal (around 180g/day)
Training consistently
My question is: Is it okay to train forearms every single day, or will that actually slow down growth?
I know forearms get used a lot in daily life and during other lifts, so I’m wondering if they recover differently than other muscle groups.
Also, what exercises made the biggest difference for your forearm growth? Right now I’m doing:
Wrist curls
Reverse wrist curls
Hammer curls
Farmer’s carries
I’m 22 now, and I’ve had biopsy-confirmed eczema on my scrotum since I was about 13. It’s been over 10 years.
I’ve seen dermatologists, had the skin tested, and tried different treatments over the years. At this point I’ve mostly learned how to manage it, but I haven’t found anything that actually gets rid of it.
I know diet is probably part of the equation, and I’m working on that too. I’m not really looking for temporary relief—I want to know if anyone has found something that put their eczema into long-term remission or made it almost disappear.
If you’ve dealt with eczema in such a sensitive area:
What actually helped the most?
Did any diet changes make a noticeable difference?
Did any supplements, creams, medications, or lifestyle changes work?
Has anyone actually had it go away for years?
I’m open to hearing anything that genuinely helped, especially if you were dealing with it for a long time like I have. Thanks.
