Is this type of role actually relevant for building a career in AML/KYC or Fraud Analysis, or is it mainly customer support?
Since it involves dispute handling and fraud-related cases, does it count as real fraud experience?
The offer includes a fixed salary + process allowance (around ₹8k) — is this allowance usually guaranteed?
My goal is to move into a core AML/Fraud Analyst role (non-voice, analytical work).
