The new Chargepoint app!
So far it's looking much better! Way better than the old version. Google Maps integration. Charging stations are now clearly labeled by port (though this still needs to be updated as some units use A/B rather than 1/2). UI looks much more refined. For some reason, the public charger that I normally use would not detect/accept tap from my Apple Wallet (I did not have my physical RFID card on me as it's broken ☹️). I had to initiate the charge directly from the app today. I'll have to play around with this new route planning \*beta\* tool to see if it's any good. I imagine the CarPlay app will be much more useful if so, especially on iOS 27 (not that it applies to us Sierra EV/Silverado EV owners...thanks to GM! 😒)
Anyone else try it out? What do you think so far? I like it! This seems like a step in the right direction at first glance. Good job, Chargepoint!
