I had an MRI done that showed ‘minor’ L5-S1 disc bulge. My pain gradually improved and even the pins and needles went away. Then I got a sports massage done after which i started feeling some tingling only around my right foot around the little toe area. Went to physio who said it’s likely Quadratus lumborum that’s making everything stiff. He gave me exercises to do including McGill 3 that I was already doing along with light flexion exercises. He said we need to build up on that. He also said I can bend down to pick up stuff from the ground as long as that’s not painful and his words ‘we weren’t designed to always keep our spine neutral’ anyway. The pain is now mostly gone and I’m able to move okay HOWEVER today I have tingling in both legs, initially laterally but now everywhere below the knee. Constantly. Idk what’s better, the pain being gone?
Anyone else had anything similar? My physio said I can continue with my calisthenics as long as it’s not painful. He didn’t say anything about the tingling 😭

The other day this restaurant played the song Truly Madly Deeply to which my husband and I both started humming. I said I remembered this song in a female voice by a very famous singer (couldn’t remember the name) and he was like no, it was Savage Garden. He was obviously right when I looked it up but I could SWEAR this was a song sung by a very famous female singer. Maybe just in my reality. Idk.
