Best Over the ear headphones under 3k

Hi guys!

My ears are kinda big and I need headphones that offer comfort, maximum comfort. The kind that came on sennheiser studio headphones.

What should I purchase?

My use case is 10hrs of white noise, lectures, music (1.5hrs at best) Currently use a boat 412 but they aren't as comfy.

Is boat rockers 550 plus a safe bet at 1.8k?

Honda highness 2021 model with 33k ODO @95,000

Hi guys, this is in continuation to my last post.

I took a test drive of the highness and the ride was smooth. The gearing too wasn't a problem. The exhaust felt clunky but that's about it. I mean it lacked the signature thumb and bass of a honda 350 and produced a rattling sound.

The vehicle is being sold by the first owner and as per him has been serviced in the showroom regularly. The mileage as per him is 35kmpl but I couldn't get to verify that.

There are no accidents, scratches or any dents.

What else should I inspect for in the vehicle?

Lastly need expert advice on what'll happen with it 5 years down the line? If it will infact become obsolete or will I be able to flip it over for around 60k?

Which one should I go for?

Hi guys! I'm planning on buying a second hand vehicle and need your opinion with regard to the following options

  1. Honda highness 2021, 30k ODO. 1 LAC
  2. PULSAR 180 2020, 40k ODO, 46K
  3. SF GIXXER 150 AUG 2025, 9K ODO, 90K

About me: I'm a 6'3 100kg guy looking for a no nonsense low maintenance vehicle.

How long does a Challan take to reflect on the MParivahan portal?

Hi guys, this one day in the entire year when my helmet was wet, I was riding without it. And of all the days, there was a Traffic policeman checking vehicles right outside where I live. Clicked a few pictures, checked for any pending fines and let me go.

How long will it take for the Online challan to reflect on M Parivahan or elsewhere? 2 hours since the incident, haven't received any message and there is no record on the website as well.

Finally Govt. has started communicating on Water requirements of the Data centres

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYEfBnAiLqX/?igsh=MWVocmhud3l3eG5ueQ==

Hi guys!

Almost after 10 months, a representative of the government has come out with data on water consumption of the data centres.

It'll take 2 years apparently for the Polavaram project to help Vizag with 30 TMC of Water annually of which as per the minister's claims just 1 TMC will be consumed by Google's data centre which roughly translates to 9 billion litres of water per year. Coincidentally it'll take the same amount of time i.e. 2 years for Google's DC to be operational as well.

Now Surprisingly Nara lokesh mentions that 6.5 GW of DCs shall take up just 1 TMC of water where in the other guy had clearly established a 1:1 ratio.

I'm not really sure how verified all this data is but an official communique coming from the ruling party on issues that people are worried about is a welcome step.

I hope in the coming days representatives from TDP, well informed ones, come out clean with all the data on the upcoming projects. Clarity on closed loop etc.

As of now it is clear that desalination on such a scale is definitely not feasible.

Access to Gym

Hi guys, I noticed that there is a Gym and a lawn tennis court in the Vizag campus. Are all students allowed access to the gym or is it exclusive to hostlers? I mean can someone show their ID card and access the facilities?

Printed books at KRC

Hi guys!

I've been told that only digital devices and notebooks are allowed in the KRC.

Is there any way by which I can carry my printed books as well? Any solution like depositing them in the library or speaking w somebody.

Also apart from the KRC, are there other libraries inside the campus as well for students to study?

One last thing: I noticed that the timings at KRC were 9 to 6 for May, how does it look like for the rest of the year and is it any different for the Reading room?

Any advice/ help will be extremely beneficial.

I'm joining the college just for their library 🥺🥺

PhD Queries / Access to KRC: 24/7

Hi guys! I live near the Vizag campus of Gitam and require access to the KRC library for a minimum of 14 hours everyday.

I have an MBA from an IIM, so a PhD seems like the only way I can access the campus. Two questions that I need your help with

  1. Is there any other way by which I can access the campus, mailed the librarian he replied back with a No

  2. Can I just pay the yearly fees of PhD and not show up for a single day but access the resources throughout the year?

TIA

Hi Vizagites! My friend and I are looking for a place where we could study together for 4-5 hours a day? The silence policy in reading rooms and libraries is what keeps us from considering them.

Any place/cafe/spot where people study together? Any recommendation would be really helpful.
