Im going to be moving into halls pretty late(the 20th or 21st) and was wondering what the actual time frame is for moving in. Do you have to book a slot? Or can you show up anytime after the official move in date?

For context, at the time of ucas applications I was predicted an A for maths. However the best I’ve gotten in maths in general is a B and especially this year, I’ve been barely getting over 40% in tests. In my other subjects I’ve been consistently been getting As and A*s.
I have an offer from UoM for 2 As in any of my subjects. Is it worth just giving up on maths and focusing on doing the best in my other two subjects?
Im going to the show in London on the 28th and wondering if there tends to be long queues since I would like to get close to the front (Im pretty short). How early should i go to get barricade or at least near the front.
