My preference are ktr or ap campus

I want cse core or some specializations like DS,AIML,IT

fees should be under 15 lakhs including hostel

Should I apply for phase 2?

If I apply for phase 2 how many marks should I get out of 130

I got correct answers from 115 questions still 16k rank

What should I do?
