How to get gram scriptum citrinum to bloom?
I’ve had her for a few years now and it looks pretty good but hasn’t bloomed since we bought it. Right now I have it in the shade of a bush because the summer Texas sun seems to burn the leaves (see the yellow leaves). I fertilize “weakly weekly” but make sure it’s humid and moist otherwise. Anything else I can do to get it to bloom?

I usually stop by Orchid Express & Leasing (which google tells me is permanently closed??) but was hoping to find a few more places to check out for orchids other than the usual phalaenopsis. Any other recs in the loop or nearby?

Do you pull your tomato plants out until fall?
Most if not all my tomatoes have stopped producing because of the heat...do y'all pull them out for the rest of the summer or see if they hang around until it gets cooler in the fall?

F100--max takeoff altitude of 8000'? I assumed it was a hot and high aircraft.
Just downloaded the Just Flight F100 and thought I'd do a hop from LPB to CUZ and...the only way that Fokker is leaving LPB is by road lol. I assumed the Fokker jets (28/70/100) in general were optimized for short takeoffs and high altitude ops but the max takeoff altitude is 8000'. Anyone know why? Just curious...

[Landlord US - TX] Just started the clock on 3 days notice to vacate--should I line up eviction in the mean time?
I just posted a 3 days to pay or vacate on my tenant's door for nonpayment which will run out on Tuesday. He's been very cooperative so far but I just assume a curve ball is headed my way--is there anything I should be doing in the mean time to prepare for eviction or do I just start that on Tuesday? This is my first non payment/potential eviction.

[Landlord US-TX] How much should I compensate renter for broken fridge?
Brand new never used Frigidaire fridge broke for about a week before I could get a repairman to fix the unit. Renter has been totally cooperative and I feel terrible that they've been without a fridge and that a brand new unit would break well under warranty. What's a reasonable amount to compensate? 10% off rent ~$150?

How to transition from STAR to ILS in Inibuilds L1011?
