sounds more robotic, choppy, and base boosted on other platforms like roblox + discord however sounds fine on vm??? any reasons why? / how to fix pls help

i'm a year 11 student who just finished gcses, my school does biology ocr A, usually i use cognito to study but i when i look at it's notes compared to the specification they have a different amount of modules? so i don't know if cognito is reliable.

is anyone able to verify if cognito is good to use, if not which websites / youtubers can i use
