Did we fell in love with cinema or 70mm
How we became cinephiles in first place ?did we watch every movie and show in 70mm ? Obviously no right. From yesterday I’m having this thought after waiting in one hour queue for dune part three ticket. And it was exhausting. Then I thought why ? We used to watch movies in theatre to escape for 2-3 hours from world now I spent nearly two hours to get tickets. Then I realised it’s not how I felt in love with-movies in first place.
Main reason behind is too much hype for 70mm screen. Guys it doesn’t matter if you watch in 70mm or regular imax format just enjoy the movie. I didn’t watch first two part in imax and still i love dune franchise and appreciates Director denis.
