This is a plant i’ve had for half a year but the recent month some leaves started falling off and i’ve noticed this at the stems of some?
Is it mildew? Is it lost? HELP

This is my year old plant (picture 1) that last month decided to sprout three new plants - within a week I was gone
I am perhaps thinking of repotting? anyone?
I was quite tired last night so I've felt sleep coming over me pretty early but...
At one point, as I finally felt my body grow heavier and my mind started to drift, I instantly fell into a dream where I was crossing a crosswalk I know at night. As I reached the end of it, first step on the pavement, I felt I was about to faint, my vision blurred, patched black and I felt my body falling limp to the ground.
My mind in that split second started screaming "I NEED HELP" as I've realised I'm falling backwards to the road in the night, my eyes desperately searched the path ahead of me for any passerby who would see me collapse, who could help... Because in that moment I was certain if I fell to the road and haven't woken up quickly, a car could easily run over me. And even if not- was I fainting? Or have my heart stopped?
I tried to twist, to crawl back but my limbs no longer moved, all turned dark, I've seen nothing, I've heard nothing, I haven't felt my heart or breath.
I woke up horrified after several moments of this prison filled with nothing.
I felt the limpness trying to come back over me, my body wanted to pass away back to sleep right away but my mind was grasping the straws of reality to keep itself awake from the sheer fear.

I own Pocketbook 629 Verse (which I've gotten as a gift) and I would love to add German dictionary in it as I want to practise the language.
The device only has English dictionary as an option and I would really appreciate this to ease my learning process.
Is there a way?
Do you have a dictionary file I can upload in there somewhere?
