The eos fitness by me uses these light strips in their infrared sauna. Am I crazy or are these just regular TikTok LED strips??
I’m no infrared expert and maybe I’m wrong, but can someone here with more knowledge than I please confirm whether or not these are legit infrared lights? I’m paying almost $50 a month to have access to these kinds of upgraded amenities and want to make sure I’m not being scammed!

The kids are ages 9, 11, and 13. Most non-profits require volunteers to be at least 16 yrs old, are there any non-profits around the Tempe area that welcome volunteers under 16?
I want them to work with and develop empathy for homeless populations, animals, and diverse communities. Any and all community service recommendations are welcome!
