How many souls

Has anyone ever read any book regarding how many souls there are? I mean there are the billions on earth but how many in the universe? Do we as souls know many of them? Few of them…? Is source still creating them? Looking to read more on this subject. Any insights of personal experience welcomed or book ideas.

To endoscopy or not

My doctor called last week to tell me my bloodwork numbers for celiac were extremely high. tTG 560 and gliadan antibody 2,314.8

I’m to go for endoscopy consult but after talking with insurance I’m looking at $1000-$5000. I don’t have good insurance… I never get sick or go to the doctor.

My doctor was very clear that the numbers “spoke for themselves” for a diagnosis. But I can’t really afford the endoscopy.

I’m ok with having celiac and going gf. Is the endoscopy something I could put off ? Or do next year (I have to get/pay for better medical. ) I guess I could go gf then start eating it 8 weeks so the endoscopy shows a true result.

Did anyone skip the endoscopy? Regrets? I know it’s the US gold star for true confirmation of celiac but I live on social security and really can’t afford it

Cleaning the up

What is the best product to use to keep your Birkenstocks in good shape? And how often to use said product. Sorry if this has been asked and answered.

Diagnosed today

I have been diagnosed today based on my numbers. I am scheduled for a consult with a gastroenterologist July9. My question is that I have been told and read that I should continue to eat gluten until I see the gastroenterologist and have the endoscopy. Otherwise, the gut might start healing and the results are skewed. It feels very counterintuitive to keep eating gluten for another month..is this normal?

Totem poles

I asked this question on r/pottery but no responses so thought to try here. Is there anyone on this site that makes the totem poles from either hand building or wheel. Basically enclosed forms with a hole on either end and then put on rebar out in the yard (sometimes the house) my question is how are you making the stands to hold the work in the kiln so as to not get glaze on shelves as both sides are glazed?
