Tan removal tips

Tan removal tips

I have never used sunscreen on my hands and this is where I stand today. Went to the beach last week and returned with a ton more tan, and the skin is peeling over rn. The difference between my hands and legs is crazy lol.

Need tips to remove tan (without hair removal 😭) and I have sensitive skin.

Edit:- I have a wedding party next month, and know that this tan is not going away anywhere sooner but need it to reduce by a month

Got my premolars extracted

It has been a month since I got my retainers on and today I went for both upper and lower right side premolar extraction it wasn't painful Honestly, the ortho gave me local anaesthesia in my gums and then extracted. I was really scared while going to him. But honestly I am not scared as it didn't hurt. I have taken up my pain killers right now just so that I can have a sound sleep tonight.

I'm not attaching the pic from the extraction cuz - I'm not in a mood 😴🥀

So I went to the dentist today cuz I have an overbite and am recently facing a lot of problems while chewing my food as I keep biting my bottom lips constantly.

My parents had long before decided for me undergoing the procedure but never forced me. But during the consultation, I found out my teeth are overly crowded and I have a wisdom teeth (on left side of my lower jaw) which makes total teeth count 29.

He asked me to take time thinking, as they need to extract 4 premolars from each side of the upper and lower jaw. I am hell scared cuz needles are something I hate and this is going to be a whole surgery kinda situation for me.

I have also consulted with another dentist and he said the same thing (teeth extraction)

I want my jaw to be fixed but I am scared of the extraction. Is there any way out here or extraction is the only solution?

Please do point out things that I should seriously consider in this situation.

Edit:- I'm 20F with no serious medical condition. I would also like to know how much approx time it would take to get my jaw aligned and is it possible that the dentist also removes my wisdom teeth?

Any dentist out there? Point out the things that I should know before hand.

Has anyone gone through this? I would like you to suggest to me the pros and cons, and the results as well.
