The Sculpt You app Update⭐
I’m a lifetime Sculpt You member, and I honestly miss the old app so much.
The original app was what made me invest in a lifetime membership. It was simple to navigate, easy to track my lifts, and the gym programs felt like actual strength-training programs. I loved that they were built around progressive overload, changed monthly, and encouraged lifting heavier while still following a structured plan. I always knew what I was doing, could easily see my progress, and felt motivated to keep improving.
I’ve really tried to give the new app a fair chance. I’ve spent time exploring it and wanted to like it, but it just hasn’t clicked for me. I find it much harder to navigate, and it doesn’t give me that same structured, progressive lifting experience that made Sculpt You stand out. Because of that, I honestly don’t find myself using it as much anymore.
Am I the only one who feels this way? I would absolutely love if they brought back the old workout format or at least offered it as a “classic” option alongside the new app. I feel like a lot of longtime members would appreciate having that choice, especially those of us who joined because of the original programming and workout experience.
