So last week i was scheduled about 37 hours (10pm - 4am) But since one of the managers that always works from 6am to 2 was on vaccination, the manager on shift asked me to stay till 8 (whole week) i said sure i stayed and worked till 8 then clocked out. Today i logged into my team live app checked my hours it said i worked exactly 40 hours and I noticed someone went and fixed my hours they said i worked from 10-5:59 for 3 days and 10-2am for the rest. Do i take this to her boss, hr or the department of labor wage and hour division?? Also im scheduled tonight and i am not gonna show up. They f*d up big time.

So I been working at this store for almost a year now i got hired as a crew trainer, and i do almost everything by myself every shift, (cant count the amount of time i had to run service all by myself cuz they never schedule enough people) i barely get any help from my lazy coworkers. i just got offered a job that pays more im thinking of leaving mc Donalds but at the same time I don’t wanna quit cuz i hate learning new stuff all over again. Im thinking of asking my gm for a raise before i make any decision but I don’t know what to say😭 i need ideas what to say.
