Are there any scenic full marathons in the PNW happening around September of next year?

Hoping to try my very first full marathon for a milestone bday in 2027! For reference, I used to run half marathons with minimal training when I was younger. I am most definitely out of shape rn but am hoping to lock in and start training for a full. Something scenic would be much more motivating, but I also know I wouldn't be able to handle anything too advanced. Any recs would be greatly appreciated!

I could probably call and ask but it's been a while since I've gone to this restaurant and don't even know if it's still there. I also wouldn't want to bother them with such irrelevant questions lol.

Any ideas what these bumps could be?? I saw two dermatologists who had different diagnoses. I may try getting a biopsy but wanted to ask if anyone has ever seen something like this before.

A couple of skin-colored bumps started to appear on the back of both my hands when they were cracked/dry. I applied niacinamide/aquaphor/salycilic acid, but the bumps ended up spreading. (The pictures are about 1 week apart.) They are not itchy or anything. I saw a virtual dermatologist who said it could be flat warts, but I also saw a dermatologist in-person who said it looks more like a rash or eczema reaction because there were too many bumps to be flat warts. Just curious if anyone has ever seen flat warts present this extensively before?
