Idk it doesn’t seem too tight in there but the roots are everywhere bc this orchid pot was all I had at the time. 🤣 now what do i do with her?

I can’t figure it out-all this leaf damage even on newly emerging leaves. The weird part is it’s ONLY on my neon pothos-even though most of my neons are mixed in with philos and other aroids. And they’re all in different rooms. I don’t see any pests but obviously something’s going on here. Haaaaalp please 🙏
Got a lovely little Burl Marx from BHG Plants, whom I’ve gotten many healthy plants from. But this time it appears to have arrived with pests…thinking thrips for what I’m guessing is poop. Anyway, took it out, rinsed the soil soaked it in insecticidal soap, doused it in alcohol, repotted it and double bagged that bitch. Is this a good approach and if so how long should I leave her bagged? Any other tips? I don’t want to lose this little beauty she’s been on my wish list for ages…
Has anyone had success using beneficial bugs/nematodes in an open area (I’m dreading lugging my whole collection to another floor of the house so i can shut them in a dark room). I’d rather let those babies loose where the plants are but they’re in an open living room. And half are currently living inside. And i have thrips with a dash of spider mites.
Long story long, do I HAVE to shut them in an enclosed room to have success? There’s so many 😭😭
Wanting to move many of my 100+ plants outside for the summer so they can get some real sunshine, water sourced from somewhere other than a tap, and a more natural environment. Obviously i know the real sun is totally different than indoor ambient light and grow lights, so I’m wondering what plants you put where. Anything you put in actual full sun? What do you put in the spots that stay shady? In between? Trying to map out my deck. Thoughts and photos of your setup welcome!
Can we talk about growing your aroids in a leca/moss set up? I see so many videos with incredible growth the first few months but is it sustainable long term? I like the look of it in the glass pots but do aroids really want their toes that close to water for the rest of their lives? Would love to hear about any longer term experiences with this set up.
Also, if you use this method, how much leca do you use vs moss? I see some just a couple of inches of leca, and others just a couple inches of moss. Some with a bit of soil mixed in, some not.
I air layered and chopped my philodendron glorious and while all the big leaves acclimated (and one little one I lost has new growth), the top leaf that was coming in when i chopped is definitely dead right? What do i do with it? Will new growth now no longer come from the top of that stem? What’s my next step here? lol
