I’ve worked in sales now for 4 years. I’ve enjoyed the highs and lows that come with the career, and always found the social element with colleagues/prospects really fun. Ultimately though I don’t think sales is for me.

I’ve been working in sales now for 4 years, have enjoyed the highs and lows of the roles I’ve been in and all the people I’ve worked with, but ultimately I don’t think sales is for me.
I want to pivot away from sales- where should I look and why?
Thinking of switching from my Everyday Cashback card to gold preferred rewards, curious to see if anyone else has done it and thinks it was worthwhile. Aware I won’t get the new card member offers but the rewards look better regardless.
For context I put around £2k/2.5 through my current Amex per month across a variety of leisure/ travel
