I got a friend who is going through some stuff and really needs to be in a foster home, but they have no idea where to start.

This isn't for me, I got a friend who's going through some stuff.

Really I just need to know how to actually sign up for foster homes, and I cannot find anything that would help. I tried use r/askreddit but the ai said my request was "too personal"

I don't actually play rivals and I have no idea what the state is and if this is reasonable or not, I just like the prowler

Note: I wrote this post on 2/24/2026, and this note the day after. Because I made a account just for this post, I had to wait two weeks to fully post this due to the anti spam system which from what I've seen (which isn't a whole lot) does not work.
