Last month I started 2.5 mg of mounjaro had some side affects but it eventually got better, I went from 232lbs down to 198lbs, last week I noticed my food noise came back and brought that up today with my doctor she recommended a higher dose of 5mg, im starting my first dose of 5mg this week but im so nervous about it because of all the backlash I been hearing about it, does everyone get the same side affects when switching to 5 mg, any advice?

These morning I took my car to a hyundai dealership for a theta recalled sens I had gotten a letter from hyundai, the letter explained about the theta recall they had in action and for me to be able to pass the smog i needed to take care of the recall first, I ended up picking up my car after the service was done around 11am and had no issues driving of the lot so I decided to stop by the smog check place to get it done as well , the smog mechanic told me he couldn't due the smog check because someone had deactivated the check engine light and told me to go back to the dealership and let them know, it was late so I decided I just due it tomorrow, after leaving the smog check I noticed my car making a cracking sound when putting in gear, it's my first time dealing with a dealership can anyone help me on what to due just in case things go south.
