Washer and dryer help!

Hi! We will be renting a home for 3 years and then we will be moving again. We have to provide our own washer and dryer. We plan to buy from the Navy exchange since it’s cheaper but have no idea what to get! We want something that is affordable but might have a good resale value. We will sell them at the end of the 3 years. I’ve read top loaders are the best with the agitator but then also read the agitator is incredibly rough on clothes and to get a front loader. I’m so confused! Any help or advice on type of washer and dryer and brand would be appreciated!

Stroller help- nuna flex

Hi! Can anyone tell me about their experience with the Nuna flex? There are minimal reviews about this stroller and I can’t find a place near me or within a couple hours that has it on display for me to try. :/ I have posted on Facebook groups and gotten no response about the flex.

I got the uppababy ridge v2 as a jogger and I would like to pair it with a lightweight stroller that I can use to run errands, get coffee, meet a friend, go to the store, maybe even a park walk etc. I was looking at the Nuna flex or swiv since they are both lightweight. I was thinking about the triv lx but I think I want one even lighter. Silver cross Nia is an option… I really would like the stroller to have a bassinet option and have good ventilation since I’ll love in a hot climate year round. Also, due with baby #1 at the end of June! Please! Someone give me advice!
