I posted on a very legit looking ‘Official Vinted UK Customer Support Group’ with over 32000 followers about an issue I had with an uncollected (after 32 days) item. I was simply asking if anyone had had a similar problem, not asking for refund or anything. As part of the post approval, I had to leave my phone number and email address. Within minutes I got a phone call from a UK mobile after receiving an email saying to expect a mobile call as their phone lines were down. Thought it was a bit odd but despite red flags, I ended up being scammed for almost 200.00. The details aren’t relevant but what is clear that there is someone part of the group admin who has used my contact details which were only visible to admin and mods to scam me or has passed my details onto someone else to do so. Luckily I was able to contact my bank straight away and I’ve been refunded.

I sold a Radley handbag and had to use InPost. As I don’t trust their courier labelling system, I always print my own label and check that there’s nothing in the locker that could be sent in error. The buyer has received a completely different bag, not even one I was selling. She has raised an issue and sent photos. The label on the bag is an Inpost generated one, not mine. There’s no option to deal with this as they just give the options for her to keep it for a partial refund or return it to me. But it’s not my bag, I don’t want it! Contacting Vinted support doesn’t give any other options. Has anyone tried contacting Inpost directly as I’m stumped what to

I’ve had the coach for around a month and it throws up some interesting metrics most of the time but this last week it’s gone bonkers! I hadn’t been sleeping well and the coach asked why. I said was worrying about not being able to sleep on our upcoming cruise in a weeks time.Every day it asks me if I’ve settled into ship life and was I sleeping better with the sound of the ocean after doing laps of the deck . I repeated that we aren’t away. Every morning they ask bout ship life, every day I say not until*** and it says ‘my bad and won’t mention it again. The. It does again! So yesterday when it said how was your day on board, I said the ship had capsized and ii was in a lifeboat in the Med. It responded ‘have you called 999’ are you keeping warm and dry.
I then said it was a joke to test whether it actually took any notice it said it wouldn’t mention the cruise until the day until we travel. Woke up today to it asking if we had managed to find refuge from the sea in an inlet or on a beach! So I don’t trust anything it says any more and certainly won’t be renewing
