New to Tattoos

I plan on getting a patchwork sleeve eventually. Completely new with tattoos. I know it’s going to depend on the artist but I’m not sure where to ballpark pricing. Whether something is too expensive or too cheap. I would of course do individual pieces and just keep adding on. Also, not sure what’s a decent tip. Any advice would help.

Anyone that uses Procreate to design their rugs, what’s the best way to learn to draw in that platform? Or any other tips for learning how to design a rug before even getting to any aspect of the rug itself. Thanks

Total Loss Neg Equity

Hello. Kinda in a situation. I got into a car accident and totaled my car. My gap coverage expired and now I have a $7000 balance I’m stuck with. Can I roll the negative equity into a new car loan without having a trade in due to the total loss?
