Army pharmacist

**Army pharmacists—would love your honest opinion!**
My husband is considering joining the Army as a pharmacist, partly for student loan repayment and partly because we’re interested in experiencing something new as a family.
For current/former Army pharmacists:
Was it worth it financially?
How much student loan repayment did you actually receive?
How competitive is it to get in?
What is the day-to-day job like?
How is it for a spouse/family with kids?
What are the biggest pros/con

Help me

Hi everyone,
I have stage 2 anterior and uterine prolapse, 13 months postpartum. I have exercise induced prolapse symptoms, when I workout I start feeling the heaviness the next day but when I don’t then I don’t notice any symptoms. I am mainly working out because I want to be strong and don’t want my prolapse to get worse in the future. Being 13 month postpartum, should I just continue to my daily routine with 3 young kids instead of working out? Will that help me? Even the gentle core work makes my symptoms to appear.

POP

Hi everyone,
I am 29Y, I had 3 back to back pregnancies, at 25, 26, and 28 which were normal and had normal deliveries. After my 3rd baby I wanted to get back into fitness and started going to gym and lifting weights, started at home at 8 weeks and went to gym around 10 weeks, I was going lower body workouts, lifting up to 40lbs for hip-thrusts. I stopped going to the gym at 12 weeks and started incline walking at home instead. I work inpatient so I would boost patients up at work too. One day all of a sudden around 16 weeks I started feeling really sore down there, it felt raw, like I had just given birth. I went to see my PCP (who I saw during pregnancy too), she said I didn’t have a prolapse but referred me to a Pelvic floor therapist, when I had my assessment she didn’t do a pelvic exam because she said my doctor said it wasn’t a prolapse. I saw the pcp in December and continued PT until March and saw Uro-gyn who diagnosed me with stage 2 anterior and uterine prolapse. I was devastated. None of my sisters, friends, or anyone that I know has this. I blamed myself so much because I think I caused it by working out. Then I became really symptomatic, just burning in my perineum, and glutes. Never had bulge and there is nothing visible. PT said I probably already had it but the workouts exacerbated my symptoms. I completed PT, she had me lifting weights up to 20lbs and I was symptom free. Recently for the past few weeks, every time I do lower body workouts (Hip-thrust, RdL, Split squats, Step ups) I get a sensation of something sitting in my vagina but no bulge, it feels wet down there but it’s not. I am 13 months postpartum now, when I don’t do any workouts I am completely fine. Am I doing too much? Should I let my body heal without doing all these workouts? Should I stop lifting and let my body just take its own course? We are done having children. I am just really tempted to give up on all workouts and just walk at this point, it’s so frustrating. PT said to continue workouts because strong core and glutes will help the prolapse in the long run but I am just sick and tired at this point, has anyone been in my situation? I don’t lift heavy right now, just 15-20lbs.
Thank you.
