Can I get sdm sign in this certificate given by josaa ?(I HAVE MY STATE ISSUED CERTIFICATE AND THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING AS CENTRAL CERTIFICATE FOR SC ). So this is the only option I am left with. Please someone reply
