
JOB REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE (as a first time job seeker in PQ City)
Well, this time around I already got one valid ID (National ID), diploma from my SHS, and a PSA Birth certificate (original). As you can see, here's the list of the requirements I need to complete.
1. SSS E1 FORM [ONLINE before WALK-IN]

REQUIREMENTS:
-1 VALID ID (NATIONAL ID)
-PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
I remember kailangan mo ata picturan yung PSA mo para ma verify, and once you’re done na mag eemail sayo yan, may ibibigay sayo na pdf file, which is yung e1 form nga. Tapos punta kayo sa any branch of SSS. Take a note: sobrang haba ng pila nila, kaya be patient, and before that, photocopy muna yung E1 form at yung dalawang file na binigay sa email. Then sila na bahala para maging permanent account niyo.
2. SSS Static Information and Statement of Account (SOA)
dito naman hindi ko na inasikaso since sabi sakin ng staff sa SSS is eto daw yung mga utang, eh wala pa naman akong utang as of now hehe, so skip. Correct me if im wrong.
3. Tax Identification Card / Any form from BIR [ONLINE before WALK-IN]
same as SSS online kolang din ginawa account ko. Which is here dito niyo pede gawin:
REQUIREMENTS:
-1 VALID ID (NATIONAL ID)
-PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE
New registration >> As a Non-Individual. Nood nalang din kayo sa TikTok kung paano gawin yan kasi hindi ko na maalala. Kailangan ng pic ng National ID, at nanghihingi sila ng picture ng mukha niyo kasama ang national ID. Pagtapos ko gumawa ng account, mag e-email sainyo yang TIN nayan kung verified na account niyo (well, sakin umabot lang ng 10 hrs na verified agad ako). Pagtapos niyan, punta kayo sa any branch ng TIN, tapos papakita niyo yung TIN number niyo para ma verify nila. Pagtapos niyan nasa account niyo na yung TIN ID niyo. Paturo nalang din kayo sakanila; kailangan niyo lang i-print yun tapos papa-laminate niyo lang (once na confirmed na, makikita niyo sa eGov yang TIN ID niyo din).
4. PhilHealth (Member Data Record) [WALK-IN]
REQUIREMENTS:
-VALID ID (NATIONAL ID) (1 COPY)
-PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE (1 COPY)
-BARANGAY CERTIFICATE (INDICATING YOUR A FIRST TIME JOB SEEKER)
once na pagpunta kodun, binigyan nila agad ako ng form tapos na kailangan fill up. And hiningian ako ng barangay certificate nung una, and nagulat ako kasi di naman kailangan dati; kung wala kang barangay certificate, magbabayad ka ng 500 pesos para lang maging member. Well, di ako pumayag since I'm broke, so bumalik nalang ako bukas na may barangay certificate. Bibigyan ka ng parang papel na maliit (which is yung magiging ID); kailangan mo lagyan ng 1x1 pic mo, tapos pa-laminate mo na. Huwag niyo kalimutan pirmahan muna ah. Tapos binigyan din ako ng member date record.
5. Pag-IBIG (Member Data Record) [ONLINE before WALK-IN]

Be A Member >> Register. Fill up lang tas bibigyan kayo ng RTN hindi kayo iinform niyang pag-ibig kung may MID number na ba kayo. Kailangan niyo pumunta ng

lagay niyo RTN (make sure na 2 days after niyo gawin toh) and once na may MID number na kayo punta kayo sa malapit na branch ng Pag-IBIG at may ipapa fill up sainyo dun kailanga niyo lagay MID niyo tapos nun hihingian kayo ng mga requirements (listed above). And bibigyan na kayo ng Member Data Form.
6. HS/SHS/COLLEGE Diploma and TOR

7. PSA/NSO (Birth Certificate 3 copies)
yan din naman ata meron tayo noh. Kung wala meron din naman malapit sa mall niyo na pagpapagawa nyan.
8. PSA Marriage Contract (3 copies)

gawa muna kayo account, dapat may SSS, TIN, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG na kayo. And pa appointment na kayo kasi sobrang hassle kunin neto lagi puno yung mga dates. Pwede naman na online pero aabot ng 510 pesos gastos niyo jan (base on my experience) kaya pina cancel ko at nag pa Walk-IN nalang ako. Dalhin lahat ng requirements kasi papa validate niyo po dun lahat yan. Once na tapos, na sa account niyo makukuha yung:
10. Mayors Permit (CITY OF PARANAQUE)
mga 2 araw niyo pa siya makukuha (DIGITAL ID). Kasabayan na sa account niyo sa BPLO (again depende sa city toh) May nagsabi pwede niyo rin daw makuha sa City hall toh. Diko lang alam.
11. Certificate of Employment from Previous Employers
first job ko po ito, kaya hindi ako hingian hehe.
12. NBI CLEARANCE (NOT EXPIRED) [ONLINE APPOINTMENT before WALK-IN]

fill up lang kayo, tas appointment kayo ng schedule. In my opinion, much better to pay 160 pesos online than to get validate as a first-time job seeker since they can't verify that online. And kailangan nandun kayo para mapa verify niyo, and sobrang haba ng pila (UN Branch). Eto life hacks. May 7 ako gumawa ng account, and the available schedule ng appointment is May 14 only. Pero once na bayad ka online, pwede ka nang pumunta dun. Lista niyo lang yung referral code niyo; dapat nag sta-start as MB or MD kasi ibig sabihin nyan for member yan. Tapos pa biometrics lang, and sisingilin kayo ng limang piso dun para dun sa envelope, bruh. Once you’re done, okay Nayan. Mapupunta ulit sa Egov App niyo yung NBI Digital ID niyo.
13. POLICE CLEARANCE [ONLINE APPOINTMENT before WALK-IN]

fill-up lang ng personal details and if you’re first time job seeker may option jan na first time job seeker ka tas pa appointment kana (in my opinion eto yung hindi hassle kunin) kinabukasan pumunta agad ako. Nag pa biometrics at nagpakita lang ng 1 Valid ID tas bigay ng 1 copy ng barangay certificate.
14. Barangay Clearance [WALK-IN]

nung unang punta ko, hingian ako ng homeowner certificate so bumalik ako kinabukasan. Dito ko rin nakuha yung Barangay Certificate ko (kinabukasan kopa nakuha barangay cert ko, eme eme kasi tong paranaque)
15. CEDULA (FROM PARANAQUE) [WALK-IN]
sa city hall lang ako kumuha, walang kailangan na requirements basta pakita parin kayo ID at nagbayad ako ng 7 pesos (corrupt? pidi piru dipindi)
16. Sketch of Residence (from your house to workplace)

17. Vaccination Card/Vaxx Cert
ano yan pandemic era yern? Lahat naman ata tayo merong ganyan noh, photocopy niyo lang yan.
