is it because i killed the watcher and the beast ?

gpu : rtx4050 (596.36 roleld bakc to it form the newest one cause the drop frames and isues started after the update)

cpu : i7gen13hx

all issue started when i updated to the new driver from nvidia app and the bios update from the vintage app.

SO before last nividia driver update i was with the same config as u can see on the pics why did i config the settings like that ? well my cpu were running hot in any game even low demaznding games 95+ thermal pasting is fine and my laptop always lifted and fans working fine .

those settings were fine with me on 2k balanced mdoe with mid qualitie in cyberpunk i was playing for long sessions 60fps stable temp cpu and gpu under 73 most of time in the 60s .

now i tried alot of new settings and troubleshooting and nothing worked
