Proper technique for meditation
Hi guys, i have recently started doing meditation for better health benifits. i just wanted to come to this sub and ask someone who might do it everyday
I just want to know the proper technique to do it according to indian practises
Should i do it in the morning or night before food after food, before shower after shower? I want to eventually get to a point where i am doing it for an hour everyday but currently i am struggling to maintain focus as my thoughts become erratic and restless.
eventually i want to be doing meditation as correctly as possible. I am also trying to fix my attention span so any tips you guys for maintaing focus during meditation would help 🙂
Edited: just edited to suggestion/ advice indian meditation practises. Also i notice heavy tightness in my chest when i am releasing my breaths while doing deep breath work is this normal?
