IF possible.

Im still relatively new to the job market and Ive noticed some weird stuff already

So my question is, how common is sexual harassment from people in hierarchical positions (bosses, directors…) towards women in the workplace in Morocco?

Im talking about qualified positions such as audit, finance, controle de gestion…

Women, have you ever been victim to this ? How did u handle it ?

Men, have you ever witnessed it ?

Does your N+2 has access to your personal info ?

Lets say you’re an internal controller and your N+2 is an internal control director

Men, if you got rich one day, what minimum age and maximum age you would date ? Or ideal age?

No judgement btw. I dont think age gap relationships are bad.
I just want honest answers.

Oh and mention your age with it.

When you apply for a job lets say in finance for example and lets say u fresh masters graduate, what documents do they ask for ?

Consultants and auditors do absolutely nothing. Lets be fucking real.

They are paid to throw a bunch of buzzwords and talk and make slides.

I would like to offer my public support to very beautiful women in corporate. The amount of evil y’all have to suffer through is crazy.

I dont think im extraordinarily beautiful according to society’s standards (to myself I am lol but objectively im no Adriana Lima), im an average pretty girl, yet ive dealt with so much toxicity from female managers (personal driven jealousy) in the workplace.
If i suffered through this, i cant even imagine what Adriana Lima tier’ women must go through. The amount of evil y’all have to suffer through from both women trying to get you fired eventhough you’re competent and some men harassing you or trying you to dumb you down so you can fit their narrative of the « bimbo », is honestly too much.

Why are female managers/supervisors always toxic bitches ? This became a pattern its insane. Especially if you’re a woman employee.

Tell us your stories with female managers. I wanna see how common this is.

Who decides whether to hire an intern at the end of internship or not ?

Just found out my internship supervisor tried to sabotage me by talking to HR. Is this common? Did it happen to you before ?

I have no clue why she would do that. I cant stop analyzing but with no logical conclusion.

What are the « bullshit jobs » in corporate, in your opinion ?

Bullshit jobs are highly paid, often prestigious roles that the employee secretly believes are completely pointless, unnecessary, or even harmful. Coined by anthropologist David Graeber, the concept argues that modern economic systems produce millions of useless white-collar positions purely for social control and managerial prestige.

Unpopular op : I regret getting a masters and wasting my time in studies instead of working directly after high school (by doing a short 2 year degree abroad for example)

Unless u want to be a doctor or any other extremely regulated profession, studies after high school are a waste of time.

Doing MTR Ausbildung (Medizinischen Technologen für Radiologie ) as a moroccan for a career switch ?

I have a masters in audit and management control from Morocco, a scientific high school degree (physics/chemistry) of 1.1 German GPA (If we convert the moroccan grade), and B2 German, 7.5 IELTS, and C2 French.
Am I in a good spot ?

Where do people in Morocco find job offers in their field ?

I just google the stuff and i find very few offers, mostly on Indeed. So is the moroccan job market really horrible and deserted, or im just not knowing where to locate the offers ?
