How do I better manage the recoil of my AR-15?

I've had my rifle for a few months and just can't get the hang of recoil. I'm trying to follow the guides and videos that I've found. I'm using my left hand the most to steady and aim, and to pull the rifle into my shoulder. Right hand is firm but not gripping so hard that it shakes. I'm using a sling. I've got a C grip that reaches over the top of the hand guard, to try to push it down. But still, every time I fire a shot the rifle jumps up and takes me several seconds to reorient and fire again. I don't have this problem when I dry fire practice. How can I stop making my arms do whatever stupid thing it is they're doing?

What is the strongest filament I can print?

I upgraded to a ceramic hotend on my Kobra 2 Neo that can support 300°+, have a basic Sunlu 55° filament dryer, and an enclosure. What is the strongest filament I can print now?

The needles are protruding from the tip of the cartridge when the machine is off. Is this normal?

The Magnum needles that came with my kit stick out a few millimeters when the machine is off. Is this normal? It seems unsafe.

Is there a better order for hitting all the coasters?

We have one day at the park, with early entry. We want to hit all of the coasters at least once. I've spent some time with the map and the best plan I can come up with is basically just counter clockwise from the back. That's how pretty much everyone will be starting and I'll basically be following the crowd all day. I'd like to avoid that. Here is my tentative plan, I'd appreciate any tips. We'll be there on Sunday.

TT2 (EE)

Siren (EE)

Milli (EE)

Maverick

SteVe

Gemini

Magnum

Rougaru (possibly closed?)

Iron Dragon

Valravn

Blue streak

Raptor

Gatekeeper (EE)

How does it act and move in the machine? Would it be ok for practing with? I know it's definitely not ok to use in skin. It's just a lot more accessible at my local craft store than waiting a few days for Amazon to arrive.
