Lowe's Presents: The Old Switcheroo, Starring Kobalt 24V

I encountered a post on this sub over the weekend showing a very good deal on a pair of Kobalt 24V batteries plus a charger. Just $59? Sign me up!

https://www.reddit.com/r/KobaltTools/comments/1uhvagv/kobalt_deal_of_the_day_select_24v_batteries/

So, I placed my order. And at first, everything looked fine. They sent me the email with the order number and a shipping/delivery date showing that I'd need a person to sign for it. All good.

Then yesterday, I clicked on the delivery status to get an update and instead I got a weird-looking screen saying "Looks like we got our wires crossed..."

And now the order is completely gone from my Order History. Like it never happened.

What should I do? What can I do? Can I contact Lowe's Customer Service somehow?

(Weird PS to the story...yesterday evening, I received a follow up email from Lowe's showing the delivery was on its way. Clicking the Order Details link in the email brings me right back to this same screen.)

Our first delivery from a flying robot

It probably launched from the Walmart about 3 miles north of our house.

Maybe 20 minutes from order placed in Walmart app to item sitting on my lawn. That’s pretty cool.

Interesting note: the item my wife ordered was very small and light so they added a bottle of water inside the box to cut down on the wind effect.

ElegooSlicer: New Neptune+ printer found as local, but not available in My Printers

What the heck am I doing wrong? I have clicked the refresh button several times. It's connected to the Printer's IP address. I can ping the IP address from command window and it replies.
