Should I rehome my cat? I’ve tried everything

Hello! Looking for some advice or guidance. I have 3 cats, Ellie (5) Winnie (3)Gigi (2) all females. We had Ellie for 2 years before getting Winnie as a kitten, and then a year later getting Gigi as a kitten. The two younger ones got along GREAT when I first brought home Gigi. Played together 24/7. Then about a year ago, everything changed. It turned into Gigi chasing Winnie constantly and stressing her out. To the point she would hide up in all crawl space and refuse to come out. If Gigi saw her come down, she would immediately start the chase. Now, this doesnt turn into fighting or blood shed, but Winnie does get upset and you can hear it. Ellie, the oldest, has no issues with either cat. She is a very confident cat, but Winnie is a little more insecure and skittish, which is why I think Gigi targets her.

After this started happening, I separated them. Had them each in their own space. I’ve tried literally everything. I did diffusers, I’ve tried careful reintroductions multiple times, playing with her until she’s exhausted, I’ve had both cats on Prozac (Winnie to help with her anxiety and fear, and Gigi to help calm her impulses) doing short little interactions together and nothing has worked. We can maybe get a few minutes where Winnie will be under a table and Gigi will prowl around her before trying to pounce at her & the chase begins. The Prozac has helped Winnie not IMMEDIATELY run when she sees Gigi, she will stand her ground until chased, but Gigi cannot seem to break that impulse. I feel at my wits end. I have Gigi in the laundry room, and I constantly am swapping cats to make sure they each get enough time out of their room. It goes, wake up, feed cats, put Winnie away, let Gigi out, couple hours later, let Winnie back out and put Gigi away, then at dinner swap again and then again before bed. It’s getting exhausting.

I’m seriously considering rehoming Gigi, but it’s so difficult. I have 3 kids that are all incredibly bonded to all of our animals as am I. All of my cats are super snuggly, sweet, friendly. It’s breaking my heart but I don’t know what else to do. Any advice would be appreciated!
