Solution found: had to mess with retraction threshold. I had it to high which lead to my prints being stringing. Thank you all for your time
So I dried the pla at 50 c for 25 hours and have done all the possible good temps for this pla and done every retraction distance but I've been seeing no difference in print quality. I just dont know what to do but this p1s has been extremely disappointing
