Ex-Catholic here: I don’t know if confession is a thing anymore, but, if Jesus “died for our sins”, why does/did anyone have to confess anything, and repent?
Or, was the point that Jesus only died for people who were alive at the time?

I have known a handful over the years, and all of them appeared chronically downtrodden, and they even seemed to self-ostracize themselves.
I have a “NO SOLICITATION” sign directly above my doorbell.
I was taking a nap today, when my doorbell rang and my three dogs went apeshit.
I opened the door, thinking it was a neighbor. There was a man and a woman there. The man said, “Your dogs are so cute!”
I pointed at my “NO SOLICITATION” sign and slammed the door.
HOW do these people possibly think they’re gonna make a sale with people like me??!!!
It pisses me off to no end.
I can't count how many times I have gone to log in and wait for the verification code to come to my phone. And wait. And wait. And then I click "I didn't get a text". And wait. Then, five minutes later I'll get two verification codes.
Is this happening to everybody?
