Weekly Breakfast Plan for 5’7, 60kg Male

Question lang / Suggestion needed.

Ano po kaya masa-suggest niyong magandang weekly breakfast plan na healthy at madaling gawin?
Not trying to lose or add weight. I just want healthy and lasting meal/food for mornings. (But to add, I am planning to get lean)

I’m a breakfast person talaga at di pwedeng hindi kumain if may activity throughout the day.
