So about a week back i bought an untested wii u (101, 32gb Japan) off ebay for cheap, the problem came when the seller shipped the wrong power adapter so instead of waiting (like a normal person) for the correct one to arrive i used a variable power supply and may have put too many amps through it. Now it wont turn on, and id really like is some one would spend the time to help me try and fix it, cause I just cant afford to buy a new one

The main fuse (f1004) is fine and has continuity both filtering caps are toast but that shouldn't stop it from booting, and all power related caps read up fine.
