Easy-to-make healthy meals for chemo patient with stage 4 lung cancer?

EDIT: My mom’s appetite is currently intact after her first round of chemo. She no longer has nausea due to the medications she was prescribed (her last infusion was 7 days ago). The only barrier is the fact we both struggle with cooking, hence my curiosity for easy-to-make meals.

Got a new washing machine. Twice in the past 15 hours, I’ve heard the supply box make a noise like rain coming in a window, each time lasting about a minute. What do I do? It’s 2AM

What was the first week of chemotherapy like (in terms of side effects) for you or your loved one, and what was it like later on?

Also, were you/they on any medications to reduce symptoms?

Furniture recommendations for chemo patients

Anybody have any comfy recs for the following?

Couches

Recliners/chairs

Mattresses

For context, my mom has suffered pain in her hips, back, thighs, and shoulders, possibly related to her cancer.

She’s starting her chemo today. We’d love if we could get a mattress delivered by Monday, though the others are less urgent.

Is memory foam a good option?

What couches would you recommend for comfort both sitting and laying down for long periods (for a chemo patient)?

Preferably from Bob’s but I’m open to any suggestions

Approximately how much money do you spend on transportation per month, on average?

Include cost of owning a car (payments, car insurance, gas, maintenance, etc) and/or cost of ride shares and/or public transit
