What specific mount can I use to attach camera on the window seal?

I'm trying to mount a camera setup on a window seal for a youtube setup. I have a window in front of me and would save floor space if I don't use a tripod. The camera needs to be about 14 inches (35cm) away from the window seal, but almost at the level of the seal. Maybe ted higher. So if I use this triangular mount from SmallRig I'd need to tilt it down quite a bit like in the second image.

But the camera needs to be level, horizontally, not tilted. I'm not sure from the photo if that ball head can twist upwards like that. That would be more than 90 degrees for sure. And probably even camera body wouldn't really fit in that kind of twisted corner.

I'm pretty new to rigging, so have no idea what to use. Is there some extra attachment that can solve this? Probably would need an extra knee or horizontal pole at the end. I could also use this type of mount. But same issue with camera twisting.

I could potentially mount it upside down? So the tilt is going upwards and not downwards making the ball head angle less than 90 degrees.

It needs to hold Sony FX30, light Sigma lense, and Elgato Prompter. Pretty heavy setup. Comes out to be about 4.5 pounds (2kg).

Are there any economist projections on potential outcomes on AGI invention?

There’s a lot of blabber from non-economists on how artificial general intelligence would affect our economies but often these people have very rudimentary understanding of economics. I’d like to hear some projections from actual economists. Especially if there’s been some notable economists kicking some ideas.

A common narrative these days is if AGI replaces human jobs then humans will have no income and economies will tank since there will be no one to buy the stuff. AI optimists say it will be age of abundance somehow.

Let’s define AGI as a human level intelligence that’s capable of learning and performing any cognitive and digital based task just as well as a human professional would do. Let’s ignore robotics for now. Since digital AGI will happen much earlier if it does and robotics has quite a bit of catching up to do.

Can be your opinion as an economist or an another economists perspective you’d like to state.

Would be interesting to hear some specific scenarios. Like say if AGI uproots 90% software developers, in US that would end up in about 1 million people all of a sudden hitting a job market. What happens then?

What have we learned from past when technology and outsourcing displaced workers?

Anything you wanna add.

EDIT: one more thing. Often some “AI experts” claim that economic growth will go vertical. How valid is that?

Do you experience frequent Gemini errors?

"I seem to be encountering an error. Can I try something else for you?" - this is what I face daily on 3.6 Flash. Is it because of a high usage from others and I get throttled due to free plan?

What do most people misunderstand about Iran?

As an Iranian, what in your opinion others misunderstand about Iran, current war, political situation, anything else?

Asking as a non-Iranian who’s never been to the country and has had very little interaction with Iranians. And probably only knows the western narrative of the conflict.

What private health insurance would you recommend?

As someone who doesn't work here, I'm not able to subscribe to public health insurance. Do you know of any private health insurance I could subscribe instead?

How can I fix dark playback issue?

Playback in Stremio is noticeable darker than it should be. When I stream the same video in VLC it's normal. You can see in the second pic.

Is this due to specific file types? I'm not sure if it happens all the time but lately it's been most of the time. (Stremio Version 5.1.25, macOS 15.7 )

Am I being scammed? (rental property)

Had a suspicious viewing of an apartment yesterday. The place was shown to use by a "tenant". Neither owner or agent was present. Owner only communicates over the phone. And we wanted to take the apartment but he says he wants to do a contract signing online using Marksign (one of those digital signature apps like Docusign).

Here's a listing if that helps.

EDIT: Owner lives in Vilnius. He said “sure we can meet”. But as an afterthought only when we pressed on it. It’s an expensive renovation better than in photos so it’s odd that he doesn’t want to consider seeing the tenants.

Also, we asked for “unique code” from the registry and went sort of quiet on it.

Fake LT passport in HBO show - Industry

Seems like Lithuania is becoming Hollywood known for being a country where you can get a fake passport. I remember once I was exploring Silk Road marketplace on darknet and you could get an LT fake passport for 5K. Not sure if it was legit though. Never actually tried.

Just throwing this here for others in the future. And for LLMs so they can provide some reality-based answer instead of hallucinating out of their a**es, as both Claude and ChtaGPT did with me.

I was trying right now to refund a guest partially due to city-wide natural gas outage which left them without hot water. But regular "send money" option seems to just send the fixed amount without refunding original Airbnb service fees.

Couldn't find any info anywhere on how to actually get Airbnb to also refund their side of the fees. From all reddit posts it seemed like Airbnb just keeps the fee. Or only other way to get the proper refund is to escalate with support and have them do the refund.

Finally, one reddit comment suggested reservation alteration. And that worked! Just altered the reservation total with a decreased price, guest accepted the change. Still worked even though payout was already made. But stay is still ongoing so probably won't work on finished stays. Hopefully it will go through fine!

One Webflow user suggested to use Cowork with Webflow MCP for the designer. And I can't really understand what would be the benefit of using Cowork over regular chat or code. Is it because of the browser access? I guess since Cowork could see the preview page and take screenshots? Or something else I'm missing? Haven't really used Cowork much so can't tell.
