New to Webflow - Creating a travel website with 3K+ hotel pages

I’m not new to creating websites but I’m new to Webflow, and just want to ask a little information before jumping in.

For this new project I have to create a website that lists over 3,000 hotels. Already have a spreadsheet with the hotels listed. From what I understand, with Webflow I can create a CMS and Webflow will create a page for each individual hotel entry?

One detail that I don’t know yet is that if I’m able to add some sort of “logic” / “if” to the CMS and the template. For example, a Hilton hotel page will have a Hilton benefits box, but a Marriott hotel will have Marriott benefits box. Is that doable with Webflow?

Is Webflow the best option for this project or there’s other places you would recommend looking into?

Made a Webflow App to Bulk Edit Title Tags and Meta Descriptions

I made this app for anyone that has to deal with a bigger project and needs to adjust the Meta Data (Title Tag, Meta Description, Slugs, OG Image) FAST.

The cool thing is that you dont need to manually go to the pages and change things.

But I have added some more stuff:

- You can bulk replace (for example when you are changing your company name and you need to replace it in every page)

- You can add your a Prefix automatically to all the pages (e.g. myCompany |  The title tag...)

- The app shows you if your title tag is to long or to short

- Inline Slug Editing

- Set OG Image from Home Page to every page

- Sync Meta Data with Open Graph Data

You can try the app for free with 10 pages, if you want more its 6$ lifetime for unlimited pages and unlimited projects.

Let me know what you think and if there is a feature missing that you would want to see! 😄

App can be checked out here

just dropped my playbook for getting your first 10 saas customers (our builder group just hit 400 members)

hey guys,

quick update for anyone who saw my post a while back about building a $20k/mo ai saas portfolio without really knowing how to code.

i mentioned i was starting a group for us to build together. well... we just crossed 400 members today. the momentum is kind of unreal tbh. seeing people actually launch their mvps instead of just talking about it is sick.

one thing i noticed though: everyone is super focused on building the product, but they freeze when it's time to actually get users.

so today i just released a full step-by-step breakdown inside the group on how to find and close your first 10 paying customers. zero fluff.

building a saas by yourself in your room is a fast track to burnout. you need people around you doing the same stuff.

if you're tired of building alone and want in on the community + the new customer module, hit me up.

drop a comment or dm me and i'll shoot you the link.

Ideal set-up for client CMS - what am I supposed to be doing?

Hi all,

I understand the new update may have made this more confusing than it previously was - but I’m very confused about what the ideal set-up for a small client should be in regards to access and hosting plan. If the client wants to own the site, it’s on their account and they need to edit the CMS and pay for their plan that’s fine, but I can’t seem to find where to add myself as a designer. It’s saying the client would need to upgrade to an agency platform to add designer seats and surely that can’t be right. I’m only working with small clients at the moment so she’s provided me with her webflow login but it just doesn’t seem ideal and I’m curious to know what other people’s go-to setup looks like and the order in which you set it up please

WEBFLOW LIMIT: Is 10GB bandwidth a lot or way too low for a website?

Hey there!

I wanted to build a webdesign agency, I was always sure that there isn’t a limit based on users… Today I discovered what bandwidth actually means…. Are clients really ready to pay that?

I am building a website (vacation home rental) for a friend. He wants to take a plan for full year - around 180€… I don’t want him to have problems the second month…

I really wanna work on Webflow but how much is 10GB Bandwidth? 1000-5000 website opens, is that a lot? What are my alternatives or what are your recommendations to do here? I do wanna stay on webflow…

Best,
Marc

I can't decide between Framer and Webflow

I don't have enough time to learn both thoroughly, so I'd like to figure out which one is better.

My goal is to build websites as a freelancer, and I’ve identified a couple of scenarios:

- A website for an event or a series of events: it needs to be visually appealing and straightforward (maybe Framer wins here?)

- A website for a client: content published over time (e.g., a blog), various changes based on the client’s offers/needs, something more structured (maybe Webflow wins here?)

I’d love to hear your opinion; I’m really undecided because both have pros and cons.

What do you use for work? Which of the two options has more market potential (in terms of earning potential)?

What should I budget for logo, visual identity, and website design for webflow?

Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for a freelance designer/Webflow developer for a project-based requirement.

Scope would include:

  • Logo design
  • Visual identity
  • Website design
  • Webflow development, either by the same person or a separate freelancer
  • Around 13–15 existing pages to be redesigned
  • Possible ad hoc work later for new pages

I’m strictly looking to work with freelancers only, not agencies.

What would be a price range for this kind of project? Also, would it be better to hire one freelancer for both design and development, or separate freelancers for each?

PS: References are welcome

Is Webflow dead, or are my skills just not needed anymore?

I’ve been working with Webflow for 3+ years, client work, templates, white-labeling, pretty much everything.

But lately the market feels weird. Most LinkedIn jobs look fake/inactive, and I barely see solid Webflow opportunities elsewhere too.

Is Webflow demand actually going down, or is the industry just changing?

For people still getting consistent work in 2026. what are you focusing on now? Agencies, freelancing, productized services, or something else?

Would you still double down on Webflow, or start shifting toward broader frontend/full-stack skills?

Looking for Technical Co-Founder / Web Development Partner for Energy Industry Startup (Equity-Based)

Looking for Technical Co-Founder / Web Development Partner (Equity-Based)

I’m building a platform called “Who’s Who In Energy” — a modern directory, networking, and lead generation platform for the energy industry.

The vision is to create the go-to place for:
• Energy brokers
• Suppliers
• Solar/ESCO companies
• Software providers
• Industry events/trade shows
• Advertising & lead generation

I have 15 years in the commercial energy industry and bring the industry relationships, business development experience, marketing vision, and long-term strategy.

I’m looking for a startup-minded web developer/technical partner interested in building this for equity instead of upfront pay.

Features would include:
- Company listings/profiles
- Searchable directories
- Memberships & advertising
- Event listings
- AI/data integrations
- Lead generation tools

The energy industry is massive, but surprisingly outdated digitally, and I believe there’s a real opportunity to build something valuable here.

Already secured:
- Domain/branding
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- X/Twitter handles

Website:
Who’s Who In Energy

If interested, send me a message with your background, projects, and tech stack.

I built a /skill that converts Webflow projects into clean code so you can leave Webflow and keep building with AI

With the price hikes and lack of flexibility, and ease of building websites with AI in the IDE, I’ve recently moved my projects off Webflow.

It’s so much easier to build websites with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor nowadays that the traditional web builders like Webflow and Wix are just too slow.

Just export code from Webflow, run this /skill to convert it to clean code so you can make it better with AI.

What’s everyone else’s thoughts on building websites on platforms like Webflow compared to the AI-native site building?

Migrating off Webflow - What Stack Should I Choose for a Programmatic pSEO Site?

I have a programmatic pSEO site on Webflow. I know. Dumb idea - but here we are and now I need to migrate off Webflow.

At the time, it made sense and was a quick way to test an idea. Now that I've validated it and things are working, I now need to migrate off so it can grow. I've maxxed out the 20K cms item requirement and Webflow is limiting growth.

95% of my pages pull from CMS collections, 5% are static. So, I know I don't need a stack that dynamically builds a page from a database since almost all of my pages are not dynamic.

I don't know much about Astro or Hugo, but everybody I'm talking to recommends Astro or Hugo for a site that has 200K+ programmatic pages.

I'd love some advice on:

  1. Migrating off Webflow - don't have a lot of complaints, but they are limiting my growth. How should I think about doing that and how have you done it?
  2. Astro or Hugo or something else?

Thanks.
