Can anyone aleast teach me how to concentrate for exams
Man ADHD's like my freaking shadow not leaving me when it's dark too. Ntg is working for me right now not even 852 hz noise, it's really getting scary for me I really need some help. I'm diagnosed with Combined type ADHD. it's really not sparing me in this time too. I would really be glad if someone helped me out
