Eliminating my breath from the root 🔥

Traditional Chinese medicine helped me, but now, Grok and I have started a diet to heal my stomach (that's where my bad smell comes from). This diet isn't meant to mask the smell. It's to get rid of it. I believe in traditional Chinese medicine because the doctor really focused on my tongue (a reflection of the gut) and eliminated my bad breath for a week, (I'VE BEEN IN THIS SUB FOR 2 YEARS Edith : It's ginger, licorice root, and orange peel; boil one liter of water for 10 minutes no more, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes. Drink throughout the day, warm or hot, never cold. Sorry for not mentioning this earlier, but it's a complete diet and it won't do you much good if you don't first change your entire diet firt NO DAIRY/FLOUR/SUGARS

This is almost over #3

Short version: I went to a Chinese doctor and he prescribed herbs and it's working, I feel like I can heal by the end of the year 🥲

Long version: In the success stories of this sub, there's one where someone was cured using traditional Chinese medicine. I'm in New Zealand and wanted to try it because there are so many Chinese doctors (I'm from México city) And there are no Chinese doctors who use herbal medicine, First I went to one and he only prescribed "pills" and using AI he sent me for something called "Excessive humidity - heat in the body," I was there for 15 days and didn't feel any changes, but I'm not one to give up🤌🏼

I went to another doctor further away and much more expensive, he did check my tongue and my pulse, and prescribed 3 bags of herbs for 3 days. I felt a change in my digestion, so I continued going, I currently go to the bathroom daily; when I didn't go for 3 days, my tongue only turns pink after eating. And the biggest change, the one that made all the difference, was "NOT DRINKING COLD WATER "Drinking cold water made my breath worse and I never noticed, and I hydrate much better with lukewarm water. Remember the heat and humidity thing? Well, cold drinks make all of that worse.

Scientific explanation:

Humidity = stagnant food and bacterial fermentation (SIBO)

Heat = inflammation and putrefaction that generates toxins and bad breath.

I don't expect you to believe me, but check my posts and I've already been through it all. First I thought it was my teeth, then my mouth, then my tongue or throat, but the smell is coming from my stomach

Tacotearoa CBD 10/10⭐

As a Mexican, I loved it🇲🇽, I didn't want to try any more Mexican food and be disappointed❤️‍🩹, But I loved these tacos, and that's how Mexican food should be: Cheap and made in a small container eating standing up in the middle of the street, Google Maps doesn't lie, it has 5 stars and if you look at the names, many are Latinos or Mexicans, I've definitely found my happy place in Auckland

Taco loco Mount Albert: 4/10⭐

Hi, I'm Mexican and this is the 3rd Mexican restaurant I've eaten at. I give it 2 points for the decor and 2 points for the horchata water, which was very good.

I ordered barbacoa tacos and they had no flavor; the tortilla tasted more like meat than meat. They give you very little Consomé (soup) and it was cold, I paid $40 for everything and I'm still hungry.

Why does everyone say the same thing?

When you go to rent, they say everyone works all day. What good is knowing that to me? It would be useful if everyone worked nights and I had the kitchen to myself in the mornings and evenings. I just want to know why they highlight that as an "important thing to know"
