Let me give you a process of them straight up lying and not answering tickets , which they claim to answer within 24h

They advertise 300€ in credits for the public cloud, i signed up thinking i might switch from azure.

They ask for KYC , to download their weird kyc app and send pictures of ID/ you holding id, get verifed and boom , instantly after that it says public cloud offer is no longer available and has expired. And all gpu instances quota locked as well, never even tried any server or anything. Not only is this false advertising they also only display "expired" AFTER you submited all the kyc and got approved. My ticket sits unanswered since 18.07. Stay away , stick with real cloud like aws/azure

After adding balance , cant access certain gpu servers, trying to raise the quota asking me to pay more lmao

Just suddenly without any notification removed windows from rtx 5000

Trying to create a10 gpu intance for weeks gives "your instance is being created , please wait a moment..." for 30 mintues , then just stops.

Somehow they registered my account with .ca , so when i try to contact support it redirects me to eu. And i cant login .

Lets not forget every single gpu server is only available in one location, in France and no windows on any server...

Don't waste money or time on this, might just chargeback because i dont see a point in this and they might be the worst cloud hosting there is

Why cant i login like a normal app with email pass? bought the pro on web, want to use it on desktop and its asking me to login via tik tok or phone? This is how you get a chargeback. Im not downloading tik tok nor im installing it on my phone just to use it on pc
