If I have [[Krark, the Thumbless]] out and I cast a spell with storm, do I still storm off with the spell even if it is returned to hand?

I think I am right, but I want to make sure.

If I splice something like [[Desperate Ritual]] onto something like [[Glacial Ray]] and the Ray has storm, and my storm count is 3, I would get 3 mana three times, and deal 2 damage three times?

Edit: I was able to find a card [[Splicer's skill]] that covers this ruling specifically. The spliced effects get copied.

I use Oedipus as an insult often, and it is often awkward to slide into a sentence. How would I do this and make it grammatically correct? Would using it as more of a verb work, like Oedipian? How do other Greek words work in this way?
